Lot 1: Hillside Farm House The Farm house sits within approximately 25.6 acres of which nearly 24 acres are made up of two large grass paddocks. Lot 2 Hillside Farm: Approximately 1.8 acres this area of ground is situated to the West of the Farmhouse and has detailed planning approval for the erection of three dwelling houses.

The current owners are flexible regarding the number of units to be built under this approval as should a buyer wish to build all three then a new access road would have to be created to the Farm House off New Trows road as per Planning Approval P/19/0588

The preference is for Lot 1 and Lot 2 to be sold to the same buyer.
